** You will receive your commission in at most, a week beyond the time you asked for it. If I have not given it to you and that time has passed, note me.
** Do not be overbearing in asking for a commission. I will respond to notes as it becomes your turn. I respond in order of who comes first, chronologically. If I have not responded to your note yet, it means I am too busy. But I will not ignore you, so don't worry about noting more than once.

The expressions can be changed to your liking and race can be anything--unicorn, pegasus, alicorn, whatever species--just as long as you have a reference.
The only rule I have is that there be only ONE character (can't add extras) and no blood/gore or sexual content.

I don't imagine many people wanting this from me, but if the need arises, it's here. The page will look very similar to this. 
Again, I'm not DESIGNING OCs, so please give me at least some sort of art of the character before I make a ref page. This is NOT to create a design for your OC.
